Louis Mertz - Mr. Mertz brings extensive experience across residential and commercial real estate, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure and development strategy. He began his career at Hines Interests, a global real estate investment firm, where he worked on acquisitions, developments, and asset management totaling over $1 billion in value. He holds a B.A. in History and Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and serves as a national board member of the American Enterprise Institute Enterprise Club.

Kayvon Tabrizi - Mr. Tabrizi brings a deep background in real estate acquisitions, development strategy, and operational execution. He has successfully led the acquisition, entitlement, and development of thousands of residential lots across Texas, and has negotiated numerous intricate land and infrastructure transactions requiring both strategic insight and hands-on execution. His experience spans deal structuring, strategic partnerships, and the coordination necessary to deliver infrastructure and development at scale. Mr. Tabrizi holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Thomas Sikora - Mr. Sikora is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the design, construction, and execution of real estate development projects, including water and sewer infrastructure. He has led the design and management of complex private and federally funded developments and has collaborated with clients, designers, contractors, and local and state agencies to resolve a wide range of entitlement and permitting challenges. In addition, Mr. Sikora has provided construction oversight, administration, and management services throughout the development lifecycle. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston, and is a proud U.S. Navy veteran.

Todd Ten Have - Mr. Ten Have is a financial executive with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax strategy for both operating businesses and complex investment structures. Prior to his current role, he worked at Deloitte Tax, one of the largest professional services firms, where he advised private equity clients with over $8 billion in assets under management, providing consulting services and tax-efficient solutions across multiple investment platforms. Mr. Ten Have holds a B.A. in Accounting and an MPA in Tax from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
